Building Beach Antennas with my club.

Great video from Walt (K4OGO) and the Chesapeake Amateur Radio Service as they set up a portable "beach" antenna system.

The video was the result of a recent "Shack Day" on a nearby beach.  The modified Rybakov antenna went up swiftly and proved to be an excellent project.  Of course, proximity to salt water helped a bit.  A fascinating and fun project that lends itself to both portable and home station use.
