10 Meter Ladder Line J-pole Antenna-Antenna Build and Test

Thanks to Steve (AD4XT) for this "Antenna Build and Field Test" for a 10 Meter Ladder Line J-Pole Antenna.

The original thought behind this project was to improve reception of a local 10 meter band net.

The outcome of this issue is this ultra-simple, effective antenna for both home station use and field operations.

Steve takes us step-by-step through the entire antenna build and testing phases of this inexpensive antenna.

Here are some comments from Steve (AD4XT):

Easy to build 10 Meter vertical antenna. A start to finish antenna build of a ladder line J pole antenna cut for the 10 meter band. I also follow up with a few of the contacts that I made in the ARRL 10M Contest. An excellent antenna for local ground wave communication or chasing DX.
