Build a dirt cheap speaker wire vertical antenna for HF

If you need a simple, inexpensive HF vertical antenna for the Amateur Radio HF bands, please consider this easy project from Walt (K4OGO).

During a recent stay in Poland, Walt assembled a basic HF vertical antenna from speaker wire, a small mast, and a few connectors.  This antenna can be built to cover any amateur radio band between 20 meters and 10 meters.

Walt says this "dirt cheap DX antenna" is effective and a joy to use.
