My town sent me a ham radio citation

Radio amateur Josh Nass (KI6NAZ) is facing a problem that has pestered hams for years--HOA complaints about antennas.

In this video, Josh decided to seek legal counsel and fight back.

So far, Josh is doing well by citing federal law and other precedents to preserve his antenna system.  The ARRL has been a great help in getting Josh legal help to confront his HOA's inconsistency and violation of federal law.

All it takes is one unhappy neighbor to start the process.  If you live in an HOA or other deed-restricted property, you may want to review Josh's experience and get legal advice.
